About Robotics Jobs HQ

Robotics Jobs HQ is a focused job board for robotics and industrial automation careers. We cover the roles that actually build and deploy robots: robotics and robotics software engineers, perception and autonomy engineers, controls engineers, mechatronics engineers, hardware and electrical engineers, and manufacturing and test engineers. If a posting isn't a genuine technical role in this field, it doesn't belong here.

This niche matters because robotics hiring is scattered. Openings live on individual company career pages, buried under thousands of unrelated listings on giant aggregators, or posted to government sites almost nobody in the field checks. A humanoid startup in the Bay Area, an AMR company in Pittsburgh, and a factory automation integrator in the Midwest rarely show up in the same search. We put them side by side.

Everything is aggregated live from real employers. We pull directly from companies' public applicant-tracking feeds — Greenhouse and Lever boards run by firms like Figure AI, Agility Robotics, Locus Robotics, Path Robotics, Formic, Apptronik, Diligent Robotics, Nuro, and Dexterity — plus federal robotics and controls roles from USAJobs. Listings refresh daily, get classified by role and location, and link straight to the employer's own application page. We don't fabricate listings, repost stale roles, or run pay-to-rank gimmicks.

The board is built and operated by OmniCore LLC. It's meant for two groups: engineers and technicians looking for their next robotics or automation role without wading through noise, and employers who want their openings in front of people who actually work in the field.

We keep it deliberately narrow. There are broad engineering job sites everywhere; the point of this one is that every listing has something to do with robots, motion, perception, or the automated production lines that make them.
